At INI, it’s important to us that our solutions work effortlessly with Avaya systems so that, together, we can offer enterprises the ability to deliver their customers the best IVR experiences possible. INI has a deep history in deploying applications on Avaya platforms—making us a reliable partner capable of delivering results that promote the success and profitability of our customers.

We’re proud to be an Avaya DevConnect Technology Partner and we actively seek out their experts to extensively test our products for compatibility and interoperability. We recently announced that Avaya tested our proactive outreach communication solution, INI Messenger™, with both the Avaya Aura® Experience Portal r7.1 (AAEP) and Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager r3.0 (POM), and recognized that it is a fully compatible solution. INI Messenger™ enhances POM by offering contacts a configurable menu of options for responding to proactive notifications. You can read the Avaya DevConnect compliance announcement here.

INI Messenger isn’t our only product to reach the high bar. In all, Avaya has tested five INI solutions and dubbed them “compliant.” In addition to INI Messenger, the following innovative IVR, CTI and self-service products have earned DevConnect compliance:

  • INI AudioForms™ (now INI FormStudio™) – our web-based application for managing all aspects of IVR forms and surveys
  • INI AudioMenus™ – our solution to create front-end IVR menus and routing applications for contact centers
  • INI EQuilibrium™ – our load balancing and application dispatcher product for Avaya Experience Portal
  • INI IDReset™ – our self-service application that lets Active Directory users reset their passwords via web or telephone
