Avaya Presents ‘Technology Innovation for Voice Portal’ award to Interactive Northwest, Inc. (INI)

Interactive Northwest, Inc. (INI), an award-winning Independent Software Vendor (ISV) in self service environments, announced today that it has been presented Avaya’s ‘Technology Innovation for Voice Portal’ award. The award was presented by Michael Perry, Avaya’s Director of Contact Center Product Management.

This award acknowledges INI for its contributions to Avaya’s success. A key factor behind INI’s latest award was its recent success in developing INI EQuilibrium™, a software load balancing/application dispatching product that adds robust management of multiple application servers directly to Avaya Voice Portal.
