Avoiding AES Certificate Expiration
By INI Staff
Starting in the latest Application Enablement Service (AES) 7, the default Transport Layer Security (TLS) certificate, dubbed “Demo Certificate” when generated by the AES, will expire within one year of installation. In the white paper linked below, the INI engineering team shares recommendations and guidance for replacement certificate creation as well as some tips for changing an expiring Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) connector.
