INI AudioMenus, with speech functionality enabled, helps businesses quickly adapt ASR and/or DTMF IVR menu options and announcements to business needs and changes in customer sentiment without requiring external application development or complex coding. The application is now compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with Avaya Aura® Experience Portal 7.0.
